Nice Jacket - Difficult Return

The jacket was everything I expected, it just didn't fit me quite right and was too tight in the hips. When I tried to return it I had a very difficult time getting an RMA. I finally got one after calling customer service with lots of explaining that it was purchased through Amazon. The seller was "Greater Goods". I received an email confirmation 10 days ago that the return was received but my account has yet to be credited. I sent a reply email asking about the credit and they couldn't find my account. I sent another email giving them the RMA number. Luckily I kept all the documentation. Still no reply to that. The jacket is great and what was expected, but I will not purchase something that may have to be returned from this seller again. Still waiting for my credit.

Slick slicker

I purchased this for my teen aged daughter for cold weather running. She loves it. The reasons are it is basic no frills well made active wear. With no girlie decorations that is wind proof, water proof and fits well. It has sturdy zippers and seams with pit zips to cool of in a downpour. I got her the XS which fits her 5' 2", < 100 lb stature perfectly.

I love this coat!

Not only is this one of my favorite brands but this rain coat is worth the money and has seen a lot of wear since I bought it! I got it a size larger so I can wear sweaters and fleece underneath the jacket when it gets colder.Great great purchase!
