They customize it for you!

I purchased a leather hooded jacket from Factory Extreme and I am VERY happy with it. As a matter of fact, I plan on getting another one! EXCELLENT customer service. You place the order and someone calls you! i was shocked that they CUSTOMIZE it for you!!! I was so excited! I gave the nice gentleman on the phone my measurements and within DAYS I had my jacket. The first one that came in was a little too small around the waist so I called them and told them a different measurement. I sent the jacket back and within DAYS I had my jacket. It is perfect! It is real leather! Definitely worth every penny. I was worried that I was going to get a shiny leather jacket. NOPE! I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone :)

I wish every company followed their philosophy

I cannot begin to tell you the wonderful experience we have had dealing with Factory Extreme. We actually ordered a jacket that arrived promptly and as described. The problem is we needed to exchange it for a different and smaller size. We mailed the jacket, but unfortunately I was misled by the local Post Office into thinking the shipping rate I opted for would keep up with the package at every stop. The truth was once it left the docks of NYC, there was no longer any tracking. The jacket never arrived and we had no way to figure out what had happened to it. You would think that we would have to chalk it up to a learning experience, however Alex with Factory Extreme actually discussed our problem with others in his company and guess what? They actually sent us a replacement for our troubles. I honestly can't think of many folks, online, or local retailers who would take a loss just to make sure his customers were happy. Alex and Factory Extreme came through for us. Tonight my GF tried on her jacket that she thought she'd never see again, it fit perfectly thanks to Alex and his detailed method of sizing. To see her smile when she tried it on was awesome. So, in addition to carrying beautiful and unique jackets, you get someone who ultimately places your ultimate satisfaction over making a profit. In this case, Factory Extreme took a loss, just to make sure we ended up with a smile on our faces. Thank you Alex!
